Do you have shipping or delivery?

To add a new question go to app settings and prYes, we can ship anywhere or deliver to many areas in the Ottawa region. Delivery/shipping fee would apply. Pickup is always FREE.ess "Manage Questions" button.
Can I work with you to make something custom?

Of course! We love making things personalized. It's really why we started the business!
Is it possible for you to add work to an item I already have?

In some cases this is possible, for others such as apparel it is more difficult to do so. Please inquire if your interested in having an item you own worked on.
Do you have any particular COVID procedures in place?

Safety is always our #1 priority. Hand washing and in some cases mask wearing while making items is in place. As well, we do encourage curb pickup and electronic payments.
What is your policy on deposits?

For items that are custom made for individuals we do ask for a 50% to begin the artwork or commission. We do then ask for the balance after the artwork and details are confirmed by the purchaser.
